Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Clinics

No refunds, except in situations of severe illness or injury. Please reach out to treasurer@durangohockey.org if you need to request a refund. There is a $10 administrative fee for any approved refunds. DAYHA reserves the right to cancel clinics due to limited registrations (generally fewer than 5 skaters). We will send an email to those impacted the night before the clinic. Refunds, without an administrative fee, will be issued in these cases.

6U/8U & Modified Travel Mites

A refund request for the season registration, in letter form, addressed to the Treasurer of DAYHA and the Board of Directors, is required for all refunds. All refunds are at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be less a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Upon receipt of the letter request and approval by the Board of Directors, the Treasurer will distribute the refund to the provided participant and address. Fall & Winter Sessions: A. 0 to 3 weeks from session start date, pro-rated refund of 75% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply. B. 4 to 6 weeks from session start date, pro-rated refund of 50% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply. C. 6 weeks or more from session start date, No Refund. 7 & 8 Year Old Modified Travel: A. After October 31st, pro-rated refund of 75% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply. B. After November 30th, pro-rated refund of 50% of registration fee and less $50 non-refundable processing fee will apply. C. No refund after December 31st.

10U, 12U, 14U & REC

High School

All refunds are at the discretion of the 16u/18u program administrators and in collaboration with DAYHA Board of Directors. There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee.

Goalie Program

Not applicable.
